Emergency Data Breach Management Service

We will help you respond to an incident or data breach quickly and in line with the GDPR’s 72-hour reporting requirement so that you can resume your normal business operations with minimal disruption and hassle.

What's included?

• Access to a team of data privacy consultants with specialist data breach expertise.
• Two hours’ support to assess the data breach, and advise on whether it is reportable or recordable and the immediate next steps to take.

Once we have advised on the immediate steps to take, our team can help you with the complete data breach management process, including:

• Liaising with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office), including responding to follow-up questions;
• Direct liaison with data subjects if appropriate;
• Liaising with other regulatory bodies if required by your business model; and
• Assistance with reviewing your internal breach processes and organisational learning.

Pricing

£1,250 per incident, which includes the first two hours of support in the event of a data breach.

Additional data breach support will be provided at a rate of £200 per hour.
